Excellent service and customer appreciation skills...I'm with this company for a full year and I must say the way they handle my account is excellent and amazing. Their agents are so amazing they help their customers and treat them like royalty. One person standing out is Blanche...yoh I must say her customer service is the best and she knows to make a client's day sunny and satisfied. I really would like to recommend this company with their excellent and amazing agents to handle any person's account... Keep it up guys and all the best and strings to the year ahead...Thank you and well done 🙏

This company is dishonest and are a disgrace to do business with...they **** people by informing them that they will assist with your debt payment, but in the mean time they take people's money and **** them by not paying your accounts...I want to inform people not to trust them they're a bunch of ****mers...😡

They are a bunch of "*****" that **** people and take their money...I had a bad experience with this dishonest and disgraceful company...5 months ago they contacted me under false pretension that they can help people to get out of debt review in 3 months...and that they are in partnership with Gold Leave Financial Services...a bunch of lies and they promise me that only one debit will go off month end...true as the living God...that month a double debit went off...trying to get hold of LDM to refund me was and is still a night mare..up to today I haven't received my money...they blocked me on their wattsapp group and drop the call everytime I want to contact them..they are a bunch of "*****s" and I want to inform people not to do business with them...

I would like to thank Gold Leave Financial Services for their excellent customer service and great consultants... The one consultant that stood out for me is the lady called Blanche...she really assists me well and she's always friendly, helpful and I feel at ease doing business with her...she always follow up on any issues and will put my concerns at heart and go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. That phone call I received just to know if everything is okay really means a lot to me...I salute her on excellent customer service and I want to congratulate Gold Leave Financial Services for appointing a well mannered and excellent customer service consultant..at the moment she's assisting me with a concerned matter and I really appreciate her service...Really...
