We moved to our new house in August 2024 and we've paid out first statement it was R528 following month was R1500 then October R1800 then comes November boom R5 700 & I query the account cz the dates were not accurate. The was RESIDENTIAL RATES SERVICE that was charged R3 320 & VAMRED ADJUSTMENT charged R1 140.00.So I wrote to them in January till today no answer, instead of them forwarding the email to the right person, they send me emails to send to other people but they also give me other emails to send and i get tired coz no 1 knows about this charges. So now my account is in R17k cz I stopped paying as I was waiting for them to answer my query. Poor service at BCMM, call Centre is not operating at all not a single day you get hold of them.
