We are very disappointed with the service level from Syam. They failed to deliver on time and their lack of communication is frustrating. Syam were quick to invoice and demand a substantial deposit, before initiating any work. However, once the deposit was paid we have had an uphill battle in getting them to keep to their empty promises and delivery dates. This resulted in a very frustrated client and great delays to the project. Six weeks after payment the work is not close to completion.
