I wrote my first review regarding this establishment. A week has passed and there has been no change in my request to them. It's horrible what they are putting my family through. Just complete disrespect and disregard. This is extremely unprofessional.

My dad was admitted at this facility after a hospital stay. The welcome was great, the service to dad was awesome the physiothe******s were great. When medical aid didn't want to extend his stay, they quickly threatened to discharge him with immediate effect, they forced to give me a quote for cash payment. I reluctantly accepted it as he needed to stay longer, I told them that I would make the cash payment while I negotiate with medical aid to settle his extended stay, they agreed and said they would refund the cash once medical aid settles the stay. Medical aid settled them and I requested the refund. It's been almost a week and I have sent 4 emails and spoken to 3 individuals about this, nothing has been paid. As we speak the internal case managers are not taking my calls anymore. I spoke to a Natalie, Sannet, Liz, Lillian and thel ast person was Noel. I was sent from pillar to post and the level of unaccountable behavior is shocking. This act of being non accountable has completely written off the good job they did and left a very bad taste. Would I recommend this facility? At this point I'm not sure
