I bought a number of home automation devices from systemgo.co.za. Some of the motion sensors never worked properly and three of the wall switches have stopped working, amongst other issue. The owner (Barry) has been promising to send replacements for months, but after many follow-up emails, calls and messages, he now does not respond at all, while we sit with useless devices that cost us thousands of Rands.
I used the Cell C web contact form a month ago, to request contract cancellation. Today called the call center, to be informed that it was not done and I have to give another 30 days notice, from today. I said this is not acceptable and requested that my contract be cancelled immediately and number released for porting to another network. They also promised that a so-called team leader will call me about the fact that my initial cancellation request was ignored. After this I was put through to the porting department, which informed me that no cancellation request was logged... this even after speaking to the cancellations dept.<br> No reference numbers are given. No response to requests.<br>
My package from the USA, with tracking number LM335872942US, has been undelivered since middle of March 2015. <br> <br> The SA Post Office local/international tracking website does not give me any information. When I try to phone customer services, nobody EVER answers at the call centre. For email enquiries, I receive an auto-response promising a response within 48 hours, but after two weeks, still nothing.<br> <br> What do I have to do to get service from the SA Post Office?<br> <br>
