Disappointed
I have app**** for gems Ex gratia for my dental care since July 2025. To date I have not received any progress. I have been sending follow ups emails every month but no response. I understand the payment is not guaranteed but atleast respond to say the application has been rejected if that's the case and not just give me a silent treatment. I am very disappointed with Gems.

Dial direct is the best!!!

Disappointment from Carty Carvenience Garsfontein
I took my car for a small scratch, a size of 10c on my car for a quote, and I got the shock of my life when I receive their quote which was R9600. I have already done 2 quotes from different companies. The first one quoted R3000 and the other one R2200. I was so shocked their quote is triple the amount of both other quotes. Forgot to mention you have to pay R100 to get a quote, never heard of such before. I will never take my car there anymore!🤨
