Thank you Carty Carvenience for again doing a great valet on my Jimny. Because of my previous positive experience I took my car again to Carty Convenience and was again impressed with the friendly and professional personnel, and great valet on my car.

Very Disappointing Experience with Carty Carvenience I do not recommend Carty Carvenience, especially if you're expecting professional service. I initially went in for a PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) and also paid just to get a quote for a bigger panel beating, which is unheard of—the only place that charged for a quote out of 4 other quotes received. I paid it in good faith, expecting a thorough and accurate estimate with no hidden costs later. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. • They damaged panels during the PDR. At first, they denied responsibility until we provided before-and-after photos. Only then did they agree to fix it. • We decided to combine the repair with a larger panel beating job and, despite receiving cheaper quotes elsewhere, chose them due to convenience and proximity. • Once we accepted the quote (excess of 60k) and put everything in writing, they started changing the deal—adding extra costs, including for fixing the damage they had caused themselves. • The front desk staff was rude, hung up on us, and refused to connect us with a manager. When we finally got a callback two days later, it came with excuses and more frustration. If this is how you're treated before your car is even booked in, I can’t imagine the stress after the work is done. Thankfully, we went with a competitor who: • Quoted for free • Stripped the car properly for an accurate estimate • Kept to their original quote • Delivered flawless work and professional service throughout Carty Carvenience may look convenient, but in my experience, they’re unprofessional, unreliable, and not equipped to handle vehicles properly. Warning – First impression is good but that is where they catch you, rather take your car to a proper panel beater than using this unprofessional company. NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone who wants quality, on time and trustworthy people to work with. Verdict: Avoid if you value transparency, professionalism, and quality.

I took my car for a small scratch, a size of 10c on my car for a quote, and I got the shock of my life when I receive their quote which was R9600. I have already done 2 quotes from different companies. The first one quoted R3000 and the other one R2200. I was so shocked their quote is triple the amount of both other quotes. Forgot to mention you have to pay R100 to get a quote, never heard of such before. I will never take my car there anymore!🤨

On Monday last week I brought in my car to have its rear bumper replaced. After an hour and a half of having given it in, Phillip called and asked when my car would be brought in (it had already). On Tuesday I came to fetch something that I had left in the car. Upon leaving the shop, Phillip calls me and says, "Cameron, your car should be ready tomorrow." My name is Carmen, which he should know after communicating with me on WhatsApp for over 2 weeks. Wednesday I came to pick up the car before work. Upon inspection I found that the mud flap on the right side was loose. I was impatient and took my friend's car to work while he waited for the problem to be resolved. Turns out the wrong *****s were used to secure the mud flap. When he drove off the premises he heard a strange sound and decided to take my car back again. One of the mechanics drove around the block with him and said the exhaust is loose and he will fix it. That was not the problem. With further inspection it turns out that my 2 back tyres had not been fastened. If I drove the car to work on the highway, chances are they would have come off which could cause serious injury and in fact, it could have been fatal. There has been NO response to my email to the business regarding their neglect. I am severely disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) from your company and the lack of attention to workmanship. Decided to book my car in for a valet and a dent repair did not choose this place because they were cheap I was under the impression that quality costs more My card central looking no longer works. I also had to take the car back the second time because it wasn’t properly cleaned. Now I need to leave my car open overnight.

Very happy on the most of the work that was done. Not only did I have to make arrangements because it wasn’t done on time. Then I get my car back with other damages. Now it seems no one cares. No apologies, NOTHING. Very very disappointed.
