Unprofessional and Very Disappointing Experience
Very Disappointing Experience with Carty Carvenience I do not recommend Carty Carvenience, especially if you're expecting professional service. I initially went in for a PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) and also paid just to get a quote for a bigger panel beating, which is unheard of—the only place that charged for a quote out of 4 other quotes received. I paid it in good faith, expecting a thorough and accurate estimate with no hidden costs later. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. • They damaged panels during the PDR. At first, they denied responsibility until we provided before-and-after photos. Only then did they agree to fix it. • We decided to combine the repair with a larger panel beating job and, despite receiving cheaper quotes elsewhere, chose them due to convenience and proximity. • Once we accepted the quote (excess of 60k) and put everything in writing, they started changing the deal—adding extra costs, including for fixing the damage they had caused themselves. • The front desk staff was rude, hung up on us, and refused to connect us with a manager. When we finally got a callback two days later, it came with excuses and more frustration. If this is how you're treated before your car is even booked in, I can’t imagine the stress after the work is done. Thankfully, we went with a competitor who: • Quoted for free • Stripped the car properly for an accurate estimate • Kept to their original quote • Delivered flawless work and professional service throughout Carty Carvenience may look convenient, but in my experience, they’re unprofessional, unreliable, and not equipped to handle vehicles properly. Warning – First impression is good but that is where they catch you, rather take your car to a proper panel beater than using this unprofessional company. NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone who wants quality, on time and trustworthy people to work with. Verdict: Avoid if you value transparency, professionalism, and quality.

Absolutely Pathetic Service
I am holding 10 units between my business and private and trying to add another vehicle. Cartrack is just not coming back to me after numerous phone calls and every time they promise someone will call me. Needles to say no response. Absolutely shocking service! If they cannot even add a simple unit to a new vehicle how are they going to recover any vehicle if I report it. Very concerning customer. Copies the CEO Joshua Victor now as well as it will be better to move my business back to Bidtrack.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They should get a -5 star. Very rude company, unprofessional and ridiculous expensive. Wait the full day for them to arrive, no communication or at least a time when they will come. Came out to look at a problem of garage door and then force you to pay R495 just for the quote without disclosing it before they come out. They then quoted almost R7000 for a small issue and want to replace the complete motor. Had it done by another company for R900 and no quote fee. This company is out to **** you and pay for no work, will not recommend them at all. They also create different names for their business and also trade under Pinnacle Services, this is already a red flag if they use different names. When you query the details with them they get very rude and personal, safe yourself the stress and use a reputable company.

Replace LNB taking chances at a ridiculous price
Phone them for a signal loss on my DSTV. They came out and replace my LNB, spend 30 minutes and wanted to charge me R7600. Absolutely ridiculous!! They Invoice under Quick Fix Installers so not even using the same name under what they advertise. BE CAREFUL THEY TAKE CAHNGES AND TRYING TO ***** YOUR MONEY, very ***** business!

Very bad service!
Very bad service! They do not come back to you and from experience if you struggle in the beginning the risk is high of non delivery. Contacted them for a solar quote, Janriek made an appointment with me and advised that he is running late and will call me later. He never called after I have arranged my time around this appointment. I tried to call them many times the next few days without any response. Do not bother, you will loose your money, rather use reputable companies who want to do business. Needless to say I had two sites worth 500k but seems they do not want business or cannot deliver.

Bad Attitude
Driver arrive with very bad attitude, demanding he must leave now! We explained we must just print the delivery notes but keep on demanding things from us. Then he does not want to load the parcel as it was not bundled correctly according to him. It was bundled in 10 and he wants it in 20's, really? He left without the parcel just to arrive 10 minutes later again to load it. Really need to work on customer service and not argue and demanding things with no relevance. JUST BAD ATTITUDE!!

Just cancel flights with NO communication at all!!!
BAD SERVICE. I booked an early flight to Durban 3 March to have a full day of work in Durban. I arrive at the OR Tambo airport only to find out that my flight has been cancelled and NO communication at all. They put me on another flight 3 hours later, this is ridiculous. Not sure how any business can operate like this in this difficult economical time.

GLENDALE ENGINEERING HOAX
There is a so called company called Glendale Engineering trying to sell Berman drill bits for the mining industry. This company does NOT exist, they take your money and disappear, it is a HUGE HOAX. They work with a guy called Mike tryingh to get business in SA to export to Zim. Then you get a quote from Thabo and Sean Williams from Glendale Engineering with a 30 days return policy as they first want to inspect the product before they pay. This Glendale Enginnering company does not exist, the registration number, VAT number and address, nothing match. Be careful, do not fall for this! We did pick it up luckily and report it to all departments.
