I would ask to be taken to another hospital even if I was hurt inside this trauma unit
This is by far the worst customer experience in have ever had. I would think they make enough money to employ someone to greet people and tell them where to wait. Nobody minds waiting if they understand what is going on.

If you have life insurance or ANY policy with Momentum, CANCEL and move they look for EVERY possible excuse not to pay. Flippen crazy

Terrible experience dealing with this company. Happy to take money for school fees, but ANY technical issue, their answer is EMAIL us and wait OR log into the system and do it yourself!

Feels like I wasted money
The tuya model is a complete ****! Only very simple settings can be changed be the user. They pre programmed 4 “blocks” so stupid! Does not align with my family schedule. You can Basically turn holiday mode on and off, and make your solar pump a bit smarter. I will be removing and installing a system that you can actually use to program your geyser element, schedule on/times etc DISAPPOINTED

Literally just a place to keep your money
The only time FNB business is interested to take your calls or speak to you is if they are worried about them losing money. When your business goes through a little bit of a hard time they will pull out when it starts going great they will offer services. Cool app easy to use but just keep in mind that they do not worry about helping at all 25 years plus I’ve never missing any payments and they treat you like you are a flyby night. They are very interested in selling you life policies and insurance all of a sudden

Terrible service and experience
This company is absolutely impossible to deal with! It is not possible to speak to a team leader or management if you are not happy. They install meters that they removed from other complexes and refuse to provide PROOF of meter readings when installed!
