Additionally, I have repeatedly requested a paid-up letter, which has not been provided. This situation is unacceptable, and I kindly urge you to resolve it as soon as possible by: Issuing the official paid-up letter. Updating my credit report to reflect the settled status. Failure to take prompt action may leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter further.
