My account was debited on the 13 of February 2026 that was fine and was the amount we agreed.Today I was surprised that same amount is debited and I did not authorise any other debit order this is a one month loan When I contact them they saying this is interest but I'm asking why did they not debit everything last month .Now they saying they won't reference Nd me my account is up to date .my question is if they are cancelling the debit order they will debit again cause they do that every month

I would not even give half a star if I had a choice, POOR customer service and staff do not know what an account statement is, only thing is the outstanding amount not sure how accurate that is also, Tosta debited my account 24/11/2025 to date they claim they have not seen the payment reflect on their side, I asked for a statement, instead they send me a different amount I owe, then said it was a mistake then sent me the letter indicating the overdue balance which is the same amount debited on my account 24/11/2025 today is is 01/12/2025- When I say I paid they do not respond to that instead they are saying there are more fees I owe but they are unable to send the statement!!!!!! so I can see the fees, Their service is poor and do not respect consumers, we talking money here, you cannot debit R1.9K and say it is not reflecting from 24 Nov to 1 Dec, even worse they debited in my account without me authorizing the debit order- and now giving me an excuse to say the money is not in their account, Its inhuman how they treat their customers.........I AM STILL WAITING FOR A STATEMENT AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Iam writing a hello Peter complaint regarding this company TOSTA FINANCE. I had a companycall on my behalf on the 17 August 2025 and they confirmed my account prescribed and I should personal contact them for the request for a prescription letter on the 8th September I followed up no answer they keep ignoring me sending me to 2 different numbers I need this letter as tge account is prescribed ChatGPT said: Here’s a strong, clear, professional complaint you can paste into HelloPeter: Complaint: Failure to Provide Prescription Letter & Ignoring Customer Communication I am lodging a complaint against TOSTA FINANCE regarding their ongoing failure to provide me with my prescription letter for an account that has already prescribed. On 17 August 2025, a company contacted Tosta Finance on my behalf. During that call, Tosta Finance confirmed that my account is prescribed and advised that I should personally contact them to request a prescription letter. On 8 September 2025, I followed up with them to obtain this letter. Since then, I have been ignored, sent from one number to another, and not given any assistance. Despite multiple attempts, no one responds, and I still do not have the prescription letter I am legally entitled to. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I need this letter urgently, as the account is prescribed and should not be reflected as active or owing in any way. I request that Tosta Finance provide the prescription letter immediately and stop ignoring my communication.

Worse experience from them ever!!!!!, instead of receiving money they took from me and made me believe that money will be transferred to my account but instead deducted money from my account. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as I will take it further and report them

Good day all I have done an application for a 600 emergency loan because my elderly mother had fall and I needed to cover medical costs I have went through the procedure over 2 days resending documents because of the font and then the agent that helped on WhatsApp abruptly didn't answer me anymore I have approved the debicheck mandates but still no loan received paid to my account. This is a very sad experience therefore people take out emergency loans

Additionally, I have repeatedly requested a paid-up letter, which has not been provided. This situation is unacceptable, and I kindly urge you to resolve it as soon as possible by: Issuing the official paid-up letter. Updating my credit report to reflect the settled status. Failure to take prompt action may leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter further.
