NDCSA handled my situation with pride and dignity, I got my certificate- Every agent I dealt with was professional and helpful.
Great service, efficient, They deliver, I am happy. The journey was not smooth but at the end it was valuable for my money and clearance
I would not even give half a star if I had a choice, POOR customer service and staff do not know what an account statement is, only thing is the outstanding amount not sure how accurate that is also, Tosta debited my account 24/11/2025 to date they claim they have not seen the payment reflect on their side, I asked for a statement, instead they send me a different amount I owe, then said it was a mistake then sent me the letter indicating the overdue balance which is the same amount debited on my account 24/11/2025 today is is 01/12/2025- When I say I paid they do not respond to that instead they are saying there are more fees I owe but they are unable to send the statement!!!!!! so I can see the fees, Their service is poor and do not respect consumers, we talking money here, you cannot debit R1.9K and say it is not reflecting from 24 Nov to 1 Dec, even worse they debited in my account without me authorizing the debit order- and now giving me an excuse to say the money is not in their account, Its inhuman how they treat their customers.........I AM STILL WAITING FOR A STATEMENT AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
They do not even deserve 1 star- Unprofessional and inconsiderate- they think our money grows on trees, Sanelisiwe is not even bothering in replying on my emails now, none of their contact details are reachable- more of a **** if you ask me- since 3 Feb 2025 they have to come back to me or paid my refund which they worked out and still ripping me of on it- last response was refund is 7 days - now its the 14th of February still no words- I escalated to Raisibe- who has also read my messages but no response- They a bunch of ******
I had a balance outstanding, made arrangements for 2 months, Makanda debited my account November & December 2024, my account was now fully paid- Makanda debited my account again in January 2025, not only are they had to reach they hardly respond to email as well, I queried my account and requested a statement, they sent me the statement still reflecting the balance I owed even after they collected money 3 times- they they requested I provide proof, which I did, they then emailed saying they owe me refund payable in 7 days- I still requested the updated statement after they app**** the payments, to date they are not responding- the refund amount they say they owe to me I do not agree with it as they were supposed to refund me full amount for the January debit order but that's not the case - They refunding me less a hundred and odd rands yet they not providing the reason why, They give POOR service and not taking their customers serious, they have no sense of urgency- I will never recommend Makanda Finance to anyone.
I was sold a phone by an Agent who told me I will receive the devise in a weeks time- and came month end January 2023 they debited my account and I received a WhatsApp message from this number 0645837640 confirming they deducted and the device is sent to dispatch this was on the 24th Jan-and on the WhatsApp it states their courier partners will send me a waybill number, no one responses there till today....I have am going to change my bank account no second debit order will be collected from me...Its sad that I only saw so many bad reviews after the fact....Poor service indeed and people must not fall in the same trap....
I went under debt review in 2020, and then I was unemployed therefore could not continue with payments, now I got a job that requires me to make arrangement with debtbusters so my contract can be activated. It's been 2weeks contacting debt busters and no one can assist me, in short i will lose this job opportunity because I am being sent from pillar to post, promised to be contacted and no one has got back to me I sent tons of emails no response it's over 2weeks, All agents I spoke to tell me a different story I even did an affidavit as instructed...I have explained the urgency of the matter but no one seems to care. All l needed was to make arrangement get it in writing and submit to the company to get employed, but it seems impossible. Is there anyone who can assist me I only have until tomorrow to submit the arrangement?
