My account was debited on the 13 of February 2026 that was fine and was the amount we agreed.Today I was surprised that same amount is debited and I did not authorise any other debit order this is a one month loan When I contact them they saying this is interest but I'm asking why did they not debit everything last month .Now they saying they won't reference Nd me my account is up to date .my question is if they are cancelling the debit order they will debit again cause they do that every month
I paid my phone on the 15/11/2025 till today i have been sent around .Don't tell me about their contact center that is always not available.But you miss a payment they call you every 2 minutes and ask you rudely when do you think you will make a payment and they will tell you "we will call you until you pay'" funny enough i made a payment and calls stopped but my phone is not on and they saying they cant see my payment but calls have stopped ,one agent will say this will be resolved within 24 hours the other 48 working hours now today im told this is a missing payment query it will take 5-7 working days . That means it will be Tim for me to pay again but i would have not used the phone . What kind of **** are you running .I need someone to sort this out . If you dare **** me shem wow cause i did not even understand why would you ask for a 3 month bank statement bit i have sent a proof of payment kanti nenzani apho
I called African bank on the 22 Jan 2024 to make a payment arrangment and i was sent to pillar to post .One agent told me the account is sold to DMC and DMC said they dont have the account. I called again to advised what DMC said.The emailed their collections department and they advised the account is no longer with blakes.Called African bank again and was advised the account is sold to nimble .Upon calling nimble they said they dont have the account . Called the today again (African Bank) they sent me to the same place Nimble and spoke to an agent who said there is nothing they can so even the manager said so i should just wait to be contacted. Im trying to make payment to the account but they day there is nothing they can so who is liable then for the debt ? I wajted to pay but no one is willing to assist.

I had loan with Wonga and I wanted to pay it off. I called numerous times they could not see a loan under my name and they would say they will find out and come back to me. I was surprised yesterday the 23/03/2022 I receive a call from Nimble collections that i owe R 6000 and the account was handed over to them. Number 1 one no one has ever contacted me and Nimble says the account was handed over to the July 2021 but they are also contacting me only yesterday after the account has been handed over to them since last year. Please sort this **** out it is affecting my credit profile and from next week this will reflect on my profile.
Good Day , I have issue here for the past 3 days or I should say only noticed now the units we buy are not the same and electricity for R200 lasts only one day . Please check for me what’s happening is the electricity leakage and what’s happening with the units all of a sudden they are less and I’m using my Capitec app to buy . Meter number : 37200422857 this is a rip off how can electricity for R200 be 64 units but last week same amount i got 126 untis what is the difference now I have also attached examples of the purchases SAME AMOUNTS BUT DIFFERENT UNITS .
Applied for the dstv explora Ultra 24 months price lock on the 12 February 2021 and for this to be only installed on the 8 April 2021 ,first the incorrect decoder was sent was the normal explora it took it it's fine.i called the contact center with installer and we where told we dont have to pay even the excess fee is covered that was fine.on the 23/04/2021 I got text that I owe R664.02 I need to pay and was disconnected. With numerous calls to the contact center I was told a manager would call back he never called and my query was escalated. Spoke to someone on live chat and they said it's fine they will reconnect me and waive the fee and my normal payment date is the 27th .Today I woke up to text that I have to pay R788.34 in a space of 1 day there is like R178 charged extra ...... As a young person I don't need this cause this will mess up my credit file please fix this or someone needs to contact me
