Event on 27 Sep was cancelled I booked 2 tickets. Submitted the refund form. It’s been 3 months no refund. Their website has disappeared, I’m unable to find their CIPC registration, not a name associated with the name. When I confirmed my tickets, Noeleen Fischer responded, can’t find that name. Looks like they are a ****.

Serious Safety Risks and Disrespectful Hosts – Do Not Recommend
Not recommended – serious safety and professionalism concerns. I travelled with VW Travel to Egypt (25 Apr – 3 May). While the itinerary included great destinations, the experience was poorly managed. My friend and I were intentionally left behind at the Pyramids with no way to contact the group, putting our safety at serious risk. The host joked about it and admitted to gossiping with group members going as far as sharing things that had been said about us and how everyone disliked us. We later learned it was a plan to not only compromise our safety but unleash a full on attack on us. The day-to day running or the tour was disorganised, communication was poor, and both hosts abandoned the group before the trip ended. We even arrived at a hotel that hadn’t been paid for, causing distress. The lack of responsibility, unprofessional behaviour, and unsafe decisions make this company unreliable and not fit to manage international tours. They even told other travellers that they don’t care about bad reviews, claiming it only helps them get more bookings. This kind of arrogance, while disappointing, sadly seems in line with how the tour was run.
