I am making a follow up on the following back orders: ZAF1023658 ZAF1038582 From the 4th of April 2025 I have been making a follow up, i was promised to be contacted but I would just get a missed call from you (011 043 0900). When I am escalating tomorrow I will attach my call list as well to support my annoyance. May I please get a confirmation of the delivery of my order because it's been outstanding for long time. I am giving you time to respond till the end of business day believe me this time tomorrow this issue will be escalated to another level. Another thing do something with the customer cintrecity within the company it's appalling. If I were to rate the service I would give -1 that is how annoyed I am.
