I ordered soap and aleo vera gel from Forever Living online and they delivered the wrong product. I am extremely disappointed because I have been trying to reach out to them to resolve the issue. By giving them back the product. And gets my product which I ordered but they are not responding.

Not as efficient and beneficial as it's made out to be. My FBO no: 270500027730 and Order ref:ZAF1020922Placed an order in February 2025 after paying the products kept being OUT OF STOCK. I made numerous follow ups to no avail. Customers started complaining and I lost credibility. Now I'm asking for my R1703.62 refund im told its not possible due to company policies. If u don't collect within 30 days of ordering and paying the products are send back. I'm not entitled to my refund nor will they resend the products which sound like a **** to me, if they had a system that blocks u from paying knowing the products are not available then I wouldn't be in this position. I want my money back in full

I had such bad experience with my order. I have been waiting since March 2025. This is the first time I experience this.

Good morning I hope this email finds you well. I am making a follow up on the following back orders: ZAF1023658 ZAF1038582 From the 4th of April 2025 I have been making a follow up, i was promised to be contacted but I would just get a missed call from you (011 043 0900). When I am escalating tomorrow I will attach my call list as well to support my annoyance. May I please get a confirmation of the delivery of my order because it's been outstanding for long time. I am giving you time to respond till the end of business day believe me this time tomorrow this issue will be escalated to another level. Another thing do something with the customer cintrecity within the company it's appalling. If I were to rate the service I would give -1 that is how annoyed I am.

I did an online order, went to collect still had to wait for for more 4 hours get an order. They sent me an email to say that it is ready for collect but why do I still have to wait this long? A very bad customer service at woodmead distribution centre!!!! You are better of placing an order there, which is crazy. People who buys stock there get the first priority, are you not supposed to prioritize online orders???
