I have been struggling to get the esim. I am sent from pillar to post by mtn contact centre and mtn game city. I wish to stop using them.
I had such bad experience with my order. I have been waiting since March 2025. This is the first time I experience this.
Standard Bank Insurance. I am frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of response received from the insurance team. This is for claim reference 24/090776 for the gyser. There is just no co operation whatsoever despite the numerous emails and phone calls. One just get empty promises. This makes me wonder what will happen when one experiences life threatening issues if a simple gyser matter can not be attended to. This is really disappointing and concerning considering that the debit order goes through every month.
I am so disappointed with Edgars. I lodged the dispute on the fraudulent account opened in my name. This was last year July 2020. This year I have been in and out of the Edgars Alberton Mall store. They never provide feedback. I left my cellphone numbers and email requesting that they provide update. This is such a bad service.
It is over a year now. I have been trying to resolve the billing query with Telkom for fibre with no success. I have been making g calls and even went to the store. The store eventually confirmed that is will be resolved but ip to date the issue is not resolved. I so disappointed and regret even taking this fibre with Telkom as all other contracts are fine.
I have been using telkom mobile and never had such issues. I am having so much trouble with the fibre account. Telkom is billing me for something I am not using and did not ask for. They keep on sending me from pillar to post. Phone billing, billing says phone sales, sales says back to the billing department.
I am very greatful with the level of service received from myway insurance today. I had a car brwak down and was panicking. Enock did not only provide road assistance but also counselling. " Mama calm down" We will assist your. Thank you very much for your help.
I requested Telkom mobile to cancel 2 of my lines on the 5 February 2018. I followed up on this on the 7th March it was not done and I was asked to forward the documents and it woukd be adtioned with 48hrs. I checked on the 13th March same story. I called this morning and it is still not done. I am highly upset with Telkom Mobile and their inefficiency , wish I could just terminate all my lines.
I have such a terrible experience with Cell C get in terms of cancellation. I tried to cancel the membership at the beginning of the year. It was such a mission and after numerous follow ups I was told it was cancelled. About 4 months later they called and apparently it was not cancelled. They convinced me to stay on but I now I have been making phone calls to cancel this membership. It is such a nightmare they can not do a simple cancellation and they keep on telling me the consultant will call. I am super annoyed and regret taking this membership.
I resigned from Bonitas Medical aid in December 2015. For some reason they issued me with a tax certificate for 2017 which is not tax compliant i.e. no number of beneficiaries but just the Claims not recovered of R60. I have logged a query on the 1 August 2017 but it has not been resolved since then. Every time when I call them they promise to get back to me but they never do. This is frustrating and I have wasted a lot of time on the phone with them, let alone the costs.
