since I placed my order on the 08/04/2025, till today I have not received delivery, I have send several e-mails to them with no reply
Hi I am Raymond, ever since I placed an order and made payment on the 20 Jan 2025 till today I have not received a tracking number, they were too quick to reply when I was about to make payment but now I am getting to respond from them.
i have place an order on the 20 October 2020 @ 11:42 worth R2385.77 until today i am stilling for delivery and the numbers of this company and not being answered and they are also not responding to emails
I am i commuter using Prasa/ metro rail services on a daily basis to get o work, apart from having to deal with their poor service today i had to face one of their staff members whom was very rude and even had a nerve to swear at me.I got to Silverton Station at around 05:20 had my monthly ticket as usual and when i got to the ticket examine area there was no one there then i decided to go in as i could not stand there as i will miss my train *9313, then by the time i was already in the station heading to the platform a guy came and asked for a ticket, i then reach to my bag for the ticket and asked why was he not at his work station he replied to me in a very rude manner in \Sepedi"and said \"" o seka tlo mphaphela wena ne o sa bone gore ke atla Nxa\"" i asked for his manager and when i spoke to the manager whom was busy enjoying his tea and looking confused to be a manager"
