I was ****med by a company called TNT Catering and Events Suppliers. If you google them they're website looks legit even the qoute they sent was on a letterhead with a signature. They were very professional until I paid the invoice of R24 335.50 then they disappeared. Their online footprint is very good amd the business WhatsApp page with catalogs and all but they donβt exist not even at the address they use online. PLEASE STAY AWAY FORM TNT CATERING AND EVENTS SUPPLIERS
Not as efficient and beneficial as it's made out to be. My FBO no: 270500027730 and Order ref:ZAF1020922Placed an order in February 2025 after paying the products kept being OUT OF STOCK. I made numerous follow ups to no avail. Customers started complaining and I lost credibility. Now I'm asking for my R1703.62 refund im told its not possible due to company policies. If u don't collect within 30 days of ordering and paying the products are send back. I'm not entitled to my refund nor will they resend the products which sound like a **** to me, if they had a system that blocks u from paying knowing the products are not available then I wouldn't be in this position. I want my money back in full

We bought a "brand new" Seally postopidic bed cash late last year from OK furniture Southgate mall. The 2nd day after delivery i felt the bed is not okay as it made a ditch in the middle n reported it. They came n collected the defective bed also after a lot of up and down. It was then replaced with another "new one" same problem if not worse. We have requested for our money back as it's now even costing us medical bills for back pain that constantly needs treatment due to the poor quality they sold to us. I want my money and nothing else, I'm done with this shop.
First timel I made use of their App and the experience was awesome. I got everything u wanted by simply selecting the different items. There's even an option to select "alternative " which i think is super cool. Keep up the good work y'all π

I placed an order online from Makro and was advised it will take approximately 3-5 days to be delivered. I was also notified that my order will be split in x2 deliveries due to the external suppliers i would assume.To my surprise it didn't even take 24hrs coz I placed my order the Monday and my stuff were delivered on Tuesday, both products. Superb service indeed π π
I have to date not been assisted with my exchange for the incorrect item I bought online. I am so fed up I honestly don't even want an exchange a REFUND will be best suited instead so that I can just forget about this whole ordeal.
I'm in awe of the great service I got from HiFi corporations online. I placed my order for an item online on the 20th at 1:54PM was kept up to date right through the tracking process. On the 24th at 11:49AM my order was signed sealed n delivered π
I have never received such poor service as I've had with this company π I ordered n paid for x2 items online end of July a glass kettle n sound bar. The soundbar was delivered then the kettle afterwards. To my surprise found that it's an incorrect order (I wanted a black kettle not green) instead I've been sent from pillar to post still with no resolution. I've made use of all their platforms for help but all I get is empty promises.
