I did an online order, went to collect still had to wait for for more 4 hours get an order. They sent me an email to say that it is ready for collect but why do I still have to wait this long? A very bad customer service at woodmead distribution centre!!!! You are better of placing an order there, which is crazy. People who buys stock there get the first priority, are you not supposed to prioritize online orders???
I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from Discovery Insure. My discovery Sensor for some reasons stopped working, when I realized that it was not working I sent an email to Discovery informing them about the issue on my discovery app. I didn't get a response so I decided to call them. The consultant told me that, they sensor stopped working because I was not driving my car for 2-3weeks and I should go to Tiger Wheel so get a new Sensor. I did question her " Why must I go to Tiger Wheel because I didn't fiddle with the sensor in anyway?" I was told that I must go and replace it, I took her word for it and went to Tiger Wheel. When I get there they told me that the sensor is working and I could attest to this since I received notifications with my drive results. I came back and called Discovery again, and today I am told that it disconnected and I need to go back to Tiger Wheels so that they can reset the sensor. Also Tiger Wheel was not suppose to hide the Sensor, it was suppose to be visible. Now my question is, did you (Discovery) train the consultant at Tiger Wheel on how they should fit the device? I doubt cox I can't see my sensor. Now if I should go back to Tiger Wheel, who's time and petrol should I use because on you (Discovery) failing to give clear directions on how I should resolve this issue? and lastly what's gonna happen to the discovery points/ goals that I was promised when I join the insurance? Unfortunately I don't have reference numbers for the call, but I urge you to get the recording that gave me false information. I honestly did not expect this from discovery!!! you can do better!
I am very ****ed with this iphone "Benefit" as you call it. This is truly not a benefit if I'm being charged a ridiculous amount of money. I am currently being charged a high interest rate which is R383.26 plus the instalment of R1123.46 which amounts to R1506.26. If minus the cash back that I am receiving from this amount you get R1420.26 which is higher than what I would pay for the same phone on a 24-month contract if I got it elsewhere. Now tell me how is this a benefit? I had an apple which is a benefit, this iphone thing does not make sense. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who fell for this trap. Discovery you can do better, use the right words for this scam, it is not a benefit!!!!

I am writing this review with lots of emotions. I once took my car to VW Lindisay in Midrand about 2 years ago after it was some wires were eaten by rats, at the time when I start my car a red light will bling and it was fixed. However a learned about a month ago that I have fake wire in my car, when I checked I remembered that the same wire that was eaten by rats it the same wires that are not from VW. I then tried to reach out to VW SA for help and one of the employees referred me back to the dealer but unfortunately I didn't get the help I needed. The job car they printed doesn't show which wire were replace, the description goes like "Changed wires eaten by rats" at this time and point I feel I'm not getting any justice. I want them to show me the wires they changed, I also want the footage the reason I want all this is because I've never taken my car elsewhere except for VW (Midrand, strijdom park and Hartfield) and the reason for that was to avoid things like. I feel compromised, and I am told that my car can be exposed to something in the past two years and I believe they could be right. All I ask is the footage and the full description of what they changed in my car. Is it a coincidence that the same wires that were changed bu VW happened not to be the wrong wire and not from VW? well it could be, but I want them to prove that they changed different wires. VW is such a big brand for this nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am not happy with the service at all, why is it that one has to wait for so long to just get a device? After paying for the access I was expecting a feedback to say I can go collect my phone at Telkom or they will deliver the device. I don't know why Telkom will use this Insurance for their customers... A very pathetic insurance !!!!
