Unlike other sleep enhancers I have tried, Sure Sleep, was able to make me fall asleep but its effects last for only about 2 hours max and then I'm back to the struggle. I then struggle with the same problem for which I am taking the sure sleep and find that I am barely able to make it on the following day. Indeed it is Sure to put me to Sleep but not within the period I desire it to (at night). I believe it may work for some but it did not work at all for me and was costly. I therefore would not recommend this product at all.
