Vum insurance is the worst ever
Good morning hello Peter it's me again Phila since last time I wrote a review on your side about Vum insurance not wanting to fix my car and coming with unnecessary reasons and inconsistent on my claim and which you also specify they are not registered with your data and still again now they haven't fixed my car they are putting unnecessary charges and I'm still struggling to get my car fixed which now I have no source of income for full three months because of them I was hoping that one day you might assist or help me in resolving my case

Irreliable dodging insurance scheme
Good morning my name is Phila I am a client of Vum insurance, I've been a client for with Vum for a year now. End had an accident on Good Friday evening with my vehicle at brakpan area where my car was towed home after the accident and then on Tuesday after Easter they come and pick it up for it to be assessed for damages and then since then they are not coming straight up with a clear respond on if they want to fix my car or payout as certain amount because the panel beaters have already accepted the car and they willing to start working. They have been asking for unnecessary information like the accident reports Direct for me they wanted the other drivers details direct from from me while I send them the picture of the number plates of the other driver who didn't want to cooperate with me during the accident we went to the police station to make an accident report and I sent them the case number but still they are dragging their feet they are telling me stories while that car is registered as a business comprehendive cover under it it's been 5 weeks now and no income and have to pay my installments that insurance and my other subscriptions and servicees no competition for the long delay and wait just back and forth asking unnecessary information from me as a client so whom is the west insurance ever even in my broker decided to give me that direct email because they are also failing on their side to assist me up to that limit which the broker is B sure advisors..
