They do not handle their warranty with good faith
They do not handle their warranty with good faith. They use the two year warranty as a sales pitch, but do not hold to their end. Very disappointing given their premium price.

Great website
I have bought from them many times without any issues. I had a weird technical error with the online payment once, but it was resolved within the hour.
