I am writing to formally complain about the ******** sale of my personal belongings by your storage facility and the ongoing pattern of dishonesty surrounding this matter. At no point was I properly notified, nor did I give consent for my property to be sold. Despite this, my belongings were disposed of as if your company had a legal right to do so, which it did not. What has made this situation worse is the constant misinformation and contradictory explanations I have received from your staff. I have been given shifting stories, inaccurate timelines, and statements that directly conflict with both written records and basic storage regulations. Instead of taking responsibility, your facility has repeatedly attempted to deflect blame and obscure the truth. The items that were sold had both financial and personal value, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and adherence to the law. Your failure to follow lawful procedures and your continued misrepresentation of events demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I expect a full explanation, documentation supporting your actions, and appropriate compensation for my losses. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue further action.
I placed an order this evening at Hungry Lion, Bayside Mall, and it was supposed to be delivered by 8:30 PM. However, by 9:30 PM, the Uber app was still showing “looking for drivers,” with no update. I eventually had to request a cab and go to the store myself. When I got there, I was told that the order had already been given to someone else and that there was nothing they could do about it. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that the money had already been deducted from my account. What’s worse is that the staff didn’t seem to care about the effort I made to come all the way there just to ask about my order. This level of service is unacceptable. I would like a refund and a proper explanation for this experience.
