There’s a **** happening at ocean basket the groove mall by two ladies working there by the name of Melody and the cashier. Melody manipulated the paper roll machine after I entered the pin , she let me pay again . She said my bill is no longer on the system that means the money went through, when I ask if she let me pay twice she said there’s no way I can pay twice. I immediately checked my banking app and she billed me twice and she said I’ll be refunded without saying who would refund me and when. When I showed her she billed me twice without any remorse she told me I will be refunded. From there she went straight to the cashier and brought my refunnd. What surprised she immediately went to the cashier and brought my refund as if she. planned this. I worn people to be very careful when paying at ocean busker the groove mall they need to be careful when paying with the card.
I used a curtesy car from avis montana from 22 March 2025 to 22 April 2025. They charged me extra day penalty saying I was supposed to bring the car on the 21st of which it was a holiday when I arrived there they were closed. They said I should have deliver the car to pretoria branch which they failed to inform me that they will be closed on the day. I called and Spoke to Badetsana Legodi to ask about my deposit refund, she said due to the April holidays it affected my refund. I spoke to her again, she promised my refund has been processed and to receive it yesterday 14th May 2025. Today the 15th May 2025 I still haven't receive my deposit. I don't recommend anyone to use their services because they don't care about their custormers. On the day I went to collect my car there was also a custormer complaining about his refund, they refused to pay him back in cash while the custormer mentioned he paid the deposit cash. What annoying is that Basetsana doesn't respond to emails.
