There’s a **** happening at ocean basket the groove mall by two ladies working there by the name of Melody and the cashier. Melody manipulated the paper roll machine after I entered the pin , she let me pay again . She said my bill is no longer on the system that means the money went through, when I ask if she let me pay twice she said there’s no way I can pay twice. I immediately checked my banking app and she billed me twice and she said I’ll be refunded without saying who would refund me and when. When I showed her she billed me twice without any remorse she told me I will be refunded. From there she went straight to the cashier and brought my refunnd. What surprised she immediately went to the cashier and brought my refund as if she. planned this. I worn people to be very careful when paying at ocean busker the groove mall they need to be careful when paying with the card.

I waited for a menu for more than 25 minutes, next thing the waitor Kenny arrived & asked what do I need. I asked for a menu since I am looking for a smoothie, he asked me if I would eating anything else. I informed him that I am not sure yet since I am waiting for a client. He never came back, 45 minutes later after waiting & waiting another waiter came Pesalome & helped. Strangely all fellow customers are all served immediately on arrival. All are Whites, so I am not sure if it's today only or this is what Woolies do.

A Huge thank you to the Security Guy name Frans ..I stopped today at your Mall ,with my 86 year old Mom in a wheelchair ,on the way to The Grove Mall i was praying for someone to assist me getting Mom out of the car into her wheelchair ..As we stopped Frans was there already on his scooter ,jump off and assist with such care ,such kindness to put Mom in his wheelchair .When we got back to parking area from Lynwoodroad side ,Frans was there to assist .,.Thank You management of The Grove ,now i understand why you one of the best Mall's in South Africa ..Taking care of fraigile people ,and made her feel she can still enjoy shopping ..Standing applous for You ,Frans .,i hope i got your name right ,because you are a asset ,a Angel for The Grove Mall ,The Wilgers ,Pretoria

Good day I'm writing this with great sadness, I have no where to report this matter hence I came into this platform..long story short I was badly violated at PNA The grove mall pta by the supervisor named lebogang...she asked me to buy her ice cream at fournous bakery just opposite their store so as I walked in to purchase something they were rude shouting at me because I'm Deff that's truly violation of my right and very painful please reach out to this matter asap I need more than an apology and I won't rest until this matter is sorted...of all people a supervisor of the store..I went back with someone who can talk n hear but still.thank you from Alex

Good day, On April 4th, I visited the ice rink. Unfortunately, the rental skates I received were quite dull. Despite requesting replacements, I encountered difficulties with the service. Eventually, a lady, who was rather impolite, provided me with new skates. However, these also proved to be blunt. Upon returning and asking for blade sharpening, I was informed that rental skates are not sharpened. Despite the rude assistance, I was given another pair, which turned out to be both broken and blunt. Due to the discourteous behavior of the lady, I refrained from seeking further assistance and continued skating with inadequate equipment, ultimately resulting in a fall and head injury. Despite my distress, no one offered assistance. As a result, I have suffered a concussion and a minor skull injury. This situation is particularly concerning as I've observed numerous others experience similar accidents due to dull skates. In contrast, I've had positive experiences at Forest Hill Mall, where the skates are sharp and the service is accommodating. Given the severity of my injury, which requires X-rays, I am seeking compensation for the lack of service and the harm caused. Despite my distress, no one came to my aid while I was in tears and experiencing nausea. I have decided not to return to the rink and am requesting a refund. I am prepared to escalate this matter further, including involving the media and seeking legal advice from Afriforum if necessary. It's important to note that while skating is at one's own risk, the refusal of assistance and absence of emergency services do not fall under this category. The employees' neglectful behavior, spending time on their phones instead of assisting patrons, is unacceptable. I await your prompt response, as I am determined to pursue appropriate action if compensation is not provided.
