I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. First, I was met with a bad attitude from a staff member named Catherine Makgae. Secondly, my order was taken incorrectly. When I got to the window, the situation became even more unpleasant as I felt insulted during the interaction. To make matters worse, I later realized that I had been overcharged for the meals I purchased. The following day I returned to the store to request a refund. I was told that only the store manager could process it. I even provided my receipts as proof, but I was informed that they would first need to investigate the matter. It has now been two days and I have still not received any feedback from the store manager. I find this level of service unacceptable. Customers work hard for their money, and situations like this make it feel as though people are being taken advantage of. I am very disappointed with both the service and the lack of response to resolve this issue.
To Cancel this insurance is a mission and half - the lady Nobuhle -she didnt wanna cancel my policy at all - she kept running around the bush and didnt even cancel my policy - called again they told me they are currently offline or in a meeting... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE FOR ANYONE! you will regret
Hello, This has been a very disappointing experience. I spoke with Lindiwe Mabuse, who attempted to sell me the insurance cover. I did not agree to proceed, yet the cover was activated without my consent. I have already called three times requesting that the policy be cancelled, but it remains active. Even after five hours, your system still shows the cover as active. Please advise on an alternative method to cancel this immediately, as I do not wish to continue with it. Thank you.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced at VW Barons Woodmead. The front-desk staff, in particular, have demonstrated poor customer service on multiple occasions. Unanswered Calls: The staff rarely answer their phones. For instance, I have tried contacting Kopano several times, but she is always "unavailable." Strangely, when I arrived at the dealership, she was seen walking around with the handset in her hand. Lack of Communication: Mpumi was assigned to assist with my car. However, she did not answer any of my calls, nor did she respond when my insurer attempted to contact her multiple times. Booking Difficulties: Booking a service over the phone is practically impossible because calls go unanswered. I even tried sending an email and received no response. This has happened to me twice now, and I can provide proof if necessary. To make matters worse, after leaving my car at the dealership at 8:00 AM, I was informed just before closing time (after 5 PM) that the car had not been serviced. When I arrived at the store, I still had to wait while someone went to collect my vehicle from the workshop. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope that this feedback prompts the necessary improvements in customer care at your branch.
I would like to share my experience regarding McDonalds Stoneridge - McFlurry was so bad - the packaging was worse that the mcflurry - the attitude of the service yhooo Despite my efforts to resolve this, [went in to complain - unfortunatly i was a joke ]. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved, which has been quite disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve your services, and I would appreciate any steps taken to address this matter.

Fair price worse delivery service I’ve ever experienced in my life - I brought fridge & sleeper couch - the delivery man was very rude from the get go - even when asking for address, told me to carry the fridge from his truck to my room - was exchanging very bad words with my lady - we were so close to fight…not sure if the shop share our information with the driver but what he was talking about there was very wrong infront of my neighbours
Hello Railway/Univa This is a very serious case that you send the technician that does not know how to fix the Univa stove, he came to fix the stove - tested the replaced plates only! not all - then the stove boom on us - putting our kids life in danger because of the technician who doesn't do his job fully well... i called the railway - spoke to Betty (Claimed to be a manager) - she was not helping at all but giving me a bad vibe and boring attitude - told me she would transfer me to Lerato @ Univa she never did- the call was just cutting nje! had to call them 4/5 times without help this is just a bad service(when they need sales they would call you 10 times without attitude - now it's time for repair they are not doing correct things) for me railway furniture is just nonsense! Univa Service as well - is on another level of not helping people Ntsekiseng told me to contact the manager Jan van Herden to do the escalation on him! told me that maybe the technician mixed the wires - that is why they stove boom on us! but the risk is that our lives now are in danger then they tell me that the technician will come on wednesday? Wait until I send this on Twitter,Facebook,Instagram and tag you and show other people not to go for this brand or this shop because they are just not good or ready to compete with other brands. #Angry #Disapointed- about the Railway Furniture that we have been loyal to without missing any payments and this is the reward they are offering us #Bored - about the service your call center is offering us- just not ON.
