They kept their shoes and my money
I recently bought shoes at Medicus Shoes via Catfootwear website, I then returned the shoes and to this date I have not received my refund and it has been more than a month now since I returned the shoes, no communication from their side, whenever I call they say they are processing the refund, no turn around time given. Very disappointed. judging from all the reviews here Medicus is nothing but a ****. robbing people of their money and not delivering

Very Bad Service
Very Unhappy, the first guy that came to do an assessment was there for 30 minutes and didnt do anything, his finding were also incorrect according to the second guy that came to work on the car according to the findings of the first one, he also didnt do much, just tucked a few wires and sent a new qoutation.
