I had a comfortable, remarkable experience with consultant name Keanan Jousten. He was very polite calm and very patient with me. I had questions regarding the offer and he answered the questions very clearly and make sure that I understood how it works. This boy gave me a 5 star service above and beyond I could ask for from the day of application till the day I received my parcel. The service I rate him a 10/10. I would recommend anyone reading this if you are interested home wifi ect contact this man*
I am.on Shasha 200 wifi package, its 100GB + 100GB 5g. When the 1st 100GB finish I receive an sms informing its done than the new 100GB starts 10mbp speed when thats done speed reduced to 512kbp until the new month. My concern started when I checked.my data usage and balance I picked up that both data 100GB a depleting at the same time. I did send a email to customer care also attached screen shots of different days when I checked balance on the app and received a reference. The one consultant Thato Modise imformed me that it was escalated to support for investigation with reference SMC/00029691393 and I must follow up 24-48 hours and I did. My inquiry started on the 12 May 25 and to date has not been rectified or given a proper explanation even if I did attached pics showing my concern. The following consultants emailed and I not sure why different people reply to you and that other ask you what's the number I am enquiring about but in the subjects box is a reference number given to me by them and I gave my account number and details since day one. 1. Goitsemang Segopolo ( she is clueless) As a customer I am being rob in living daylight with my data I am paying for.
