I recently purchased Plush furniture polish and after a few days it stopped spraying. I bought another one and the same thing happened. I then emailed to the email address on the can with my complaint on the 7th June 25. To my surprise I received a reply on the 9th June 25 requesting more information and photos of the products barcodes. To cut a long story short, the items were collected from my house and on the 29th June 25 I received a delivery which to my huge surprise, contained not only the replacement items, but numerous other Plush cleaning and polish products. Thank you Plush for restoring my faith that good customer care still exists. Thank you for the amazing service. I will most certainly continue to use your products.
I was assisted by a very friendly guy called Marvin Mailula in obtaining a quote for my car, house and contents. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I have now switched to Outsurance and am saving approximately R800 a month! Outsurance correspondence is immediate and the App is amazing and totally user friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
