Terrible service. We are down for days at a time with no estimated time of restoration provided. They themselves do not know when their own lines are down, and when they do schedule maintenance periods, it goes well beyond their stated times. The famous "we are waiting on upstream provider" line is getting old. Our customers are suffering and they do not seem to care. Please choose another service provider.
For the month of May alone we have experienced multiple issues with our fibre line from STEM. We have gone days without connection or proper feedback on ETAs, with STEM support giving us different reasons as to why they cant give us detailed feedback. We have suffered millions of Rands worth of losses because of STEM and have lost unhappy clients. Would not recommend STEM, please use another service provider.
