MILLIONS OF RANDS IN LOSSES BECAUSE OF STEM

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had. STEM support feeds us lies to delay and stall. We had staff waiting until the early hours of the morning for technicians to arrive on site - they never pitched up. Support people deflect our calls to other technicians. They are unable to provide us with an ETA for connection after 2 days of them "investigating". Do not use STEM.
