Freandly consultants, patient, well trained. Gave me discount on my premiums.
On friday the 25th August 2017, I went to uMhlathuze pharmacy for consultation and medicine and I was going to pay cash for the service. The consultation and medicine came up to R556.81. At the till I swiped my bank card to pay but the card mechine gave a decline results. I know the card had enough funds to pay the R556.81 because I deposited R1000 into that account on that day. I swiped a different card and the card and the card mechine gave a decline results again so I went to the ATM to withdraw cash. On the way to the ATM I received an in-contact SMS confirming that the R556. 81 was reserved for payment at uMhlathuze pharmacy so I went back to the pharmacy to show the teller the SMS from my bank. As I was showing the teller, another teller said I should swipe the first card again the money will be reversed. This time the card mechine gave an insuficiant funds result and so I went back to the ATM to withdraw cash from a different card and I paid the R556.80 so that i can get the medicine. So the second teller said my money should be reversed in 48hours and if it is not reversed I should return to the pharmacy wig my bank statement. On Tuesday morning the 28th August 2017 I went back to the bank for the bank statement and I asked them to check if uMhlathuze pharmacy was pad or not. At the branch they checked from their system and they said the R556. 81 is reserved on the pharmacy card mechine side and I must ask the pharmacy to phone their bank to reverse my R556. 81 into my account. I went to the pharmacy to give them the bank statement, a report from the bank and the cash slip. I was told that a lady by the name of Janetta was'nt inn at the time, she will call their bank and call me back in the afternoon but she didn't call me back. The next day I went back to the pharmacy and I was told that Janetta was not at uMhlathuze pharmacy she was at empangeni. All she has to do is phone their bank to to confirm the money and refund me. Surely that is not difficult to do. To me this is a common trick when a company does not want to refund you. They give you the runaround to frustrate you and this is what uMhlathuze pharmacy is doing to me to rip me off R556. 81. I'm already frustrated.

I had a funeral cover with Clientele Life and It happend that in the month of April this year that i did not have funds in my bank account on the debit order date, Cientele life didn't get their premium. Three days latter i foned their customer service and asked them for bank account numbers and a reference number that i shoud use to deposit the money, of which they gave me. The same day i deposited the money using internet banking into Clientele life account using the reference number that they gave me. In May monththis year Clientele life deducded double premiums from my bank account. I foned them and told them that i deposited my premiums late on the previous month. They told me to send a proof of payment of which i send my bank statement immediately with a fax and email. Clientele Life replied to my email saying someone wil contact me in two days time. The next day a man by the name of Ernest called me and said he can see the late payment and i wil get my refund the following week by thursday and if i dont get my refund i should call customer center. Yesterday i called customer center i spoke to very rude indian lady who has a listening difficulty and a bad attitude and she told me that i won't get my refund because i didn't pay my premiums of April month. So i asked her to speak to Ernest. When i spoke to Ernest, he refered me back to customer service where i spoke to another lady who could see from my bank statements that i paid my premiums late on the previous month but she still gave me a story about a reference number that i deposited my premiums with. So i could see that i won't get my refund . I asked her to speak to someone else so that i can cancel my funeral cover immediately. Clientele life crooked R283 as a punishment for not having funds in my bank account.
