Hi i bought a bed from Beds direct in 2019 a Cloud nine bed that was expensive for a pensioner . We had a problem with the bed and they send a person out to my house to come and messaged the bed and took photos off the bed and exchanged the bed for us the bed have a 20 year guarantee and 20 year warrantee . They send us another Cloud nine bed and within 6 months we had the same problem people came out took photos and did there measurements and the CEO JC Smit said they think there was a production problem with the beds . Beds direct and Rest Assure are one company and they arranged to changed the bed again because if the problem they relished we had . Rest Assure sent us a Genesis bed and we slept in the bed for about 2 year and the bed top pillow making wafe as you toss and turn at night i contact Bed direct and the said that the bed we have need to be taking care off by Rest Assure i contacted them be cause of the warranty and Guarantee we hand send them photos of the bed they said that they will not replace the bed because off the way the bed looked like .I told them what the situation are and said they not going to exchange the bed . NB I feel that what we paid for the beds was very expensive and had to pay money in every time they changed the beds . We have the guarantee and warranty on these beds and they don't want to help us now . NB I am very disanointed and need help ASAP please .Thanks Rudi Grobler i
