They don't issue certificates for completed courses
They don't issue certificates for their course! So disappointing because people pay money that they don't even have sometimes to do the courses and they can't even issue certificates so that you can use it to apply for work.

They don't have a quick emergency plan in place & management is not bothered either
We were stuck in a lift for almost an hour and we didn't get an apology or acknowledgement from the management. Even after following up many times via many channels, they could not be bothered whatsoever.

They don't issue certificates upon completion!
They don't issue any certificates you can actually use. They send a link which they tell you to share with anyone who needs to view your certificate. BUT for the people to view your certificate they first need to register and go through some login process just to view your certificate. Which employer has time to do that?
