My ordeal with Pep Cell today was nothing short of infuriating and highlighted just how little value the company places on its customers. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with incompetence and outright disrespect. The manager in particular proved to be a source of deep frustration. Not only did she fail to display even the most basic level of technical proficiency when addressing my concerns, but her dismissive and condescending tone was insulting. Instead of providing clarity or solutions, she deflected responsibility and made me feel as if my complaints were insignificant. What should have been a straightforward interaction turned into a humiliating experience, with the manager showing no effort to understand my issue or provide an appropriate resolution. Her lack of knowledge about the products and services she is supposed to oversee is unacceptable, and the blatant disrespect I received only compounded the situation. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and support, none of which were present in my interaction today. This experience has convinced me that Pep Cell operates with no regard for accountability or customer satisfaction. I walked away feeling unheard, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied—a reflection of Pep Cell’s poor service standards.
I am absolutely disgusted with the way both Samsung and Pep Cell have handled my faulty device and the blatant disregard for my consumer rights. After my phone was returned from a so-called “repair,” it still suffers from the same charging defect. I was contacted by a Samsung consultant who assured me that I should take the phone to a service center for an assessment for a possible replacement. Instead of honoring that, I was tossed around from one person to the next like a nuisance. At the service center, I was told they could only “repair it again” or “assess it on Monday” if found defective. Yet, with complete audacity, they turned around and assessed it right in front of me on the spot—contradicting their own excuse. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it is a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) which clearly states that if a product is returned with the same defect after repair, the consumer has the right to demand a replacement or refund. Your refusal to acknowledge this law amounts to deliberate exploitation and contempt for your customers.
My experience with Pep Cell today was an absolute disgrace and has convinced me never to set foot in any of your stores again. The so-called “manager” I dealt with displayed zero technical knowledge, zero professionalism, and treated me with blatant disrespect. Instead of helping me, she shrugged off my concerns, spoke down to me, and made it clear that customer service means nothing at Pep Cell. It is appalling that someone so inept and unqualified could be entrusted to run a store. This raises serious questions about Pep Cell’s hiring standards. Is competence no longer a requirement? Or is Pep Cell simply interested in ticking boxes instead of employing the most capable candidates? Walking into your store, one cannot help but notice the absence of diversity in staff only black employees are being hired, with not a single coloured or white person in sight. That is not only discriminatory, but it also suggests that merit and ability take a backseat to shallow hiring practices. This experience has destroyed any faith I had in Pep Cell. I will never, ever buy a single item from your stores again, and I will make it my business to warn others of your shocking service, bias, and total incompetence.
I am beyond frustrated with the shocking service I received from Pep Cell regarding my Samsung A05. I purchased this phone only a few months ago, and it already had charging issues that forced me to send it in for repairs. The so-called “repair” dragged on for over a month, and when I finally got my phone back, the same problem returned right after a software update. This is unacceptable. How can a brand-new phone fail so quickly, and how can Pep Cell think it’s okay to waste my time like this? Instead of fixing the issue properly or offering a replacement, I’ve been left with a faulty phone that I can barely use. I demand a proper resolution not another round of endless repairs, but a replacement with a better, more reliable phone. The service I received was careless, slow, and showed zero respect for the customer. I will not recommend Pep Cell to anyone until they take accountability and provide real solutions.
