Bad customer service

Bad customer service from mweb.
The most frustrating thing about mweb is their lack of customer support. My fibre has been down for the forth day and I can’t get a consultant to help me. When I chat to them via WhatsApp they don’t seem interested in helping and when you call you are so far at the back of the queue you won’t be helped anytime soon.

Don’t buy from them.
Don’t buy from this company. I bought headlights that were made to fit golf 7 GTI but they delivered lights made for golf 7.5 GTI. I’ve tried communicating with them but no luck. They don’t seem interested in either replacing the lights or refunding me. Terrible customer service

Goods never received
I bought a multimedia screen for my car, they took my money and never delivered the goods. Then ignored all my attempts to communicate with them.

Don’t trust them.
I was ****med by these people. I ordered a screen for my car online and I never heard from them again. They took my money and dipped.
