Unity Tyre & Rim Cover by Budget Insurance is a Total *******
I’ve been a loyal customer of Unity (a product of Budget Insurance) since 2017, faithfully paying premiums for their Tyre and Rim Cover with the belief that I was securing peace of mind for the inevitable day I’d need to claim. That day finally came – and what followed was the most frustrating, disappointing, and frankly outrageous experience I’ve had with any insurer. After YEARS of paying into this policy – with regular premium increases – my very first claim and this insurance provided no meaningful support. Despite following all procedures, providing documentation, and doing everything by the book, Unity Insurance failed to deliver. This is not insurance. This is a cash grab disguised as cover. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes time to fulfill their end of the agreement, they vanish behind red tape and vague clauses. I’m writing this review to warn others: Do NOT waste your money on Unity's Tyre and Rim Cover. It’s a ******* – plain and simple. You are better off putting that money aside yourself. At least then, you’ll actually be able to use it when the time comes. Absolutely disgraceful. I will be cancelling this policy ASAP.
