Unhappy customer
Hi good day I just wane say I did reply to say I missed the call of them but they didn't phone back and I don't have that much money for airtime to return they call I did email them to say I was too late to answer I was at work so I can't use my phone while working and is always on vibrate so nothing was resolve

Hi good day hope all is well I just want to put in a complaint my service provider which Mweb vumatel I've been asking them for more then 2 years for they help even if it is going to cost me more to have a strck password where you can't even scan the password only by entering your password itself yest they cut your call take long to answer long answering machine that rakes your airtime And what is so bad of them they don't even have a walk in office always need to contact them so I would love to expose they bad services I'm with them since 2019 And always felate to notify you when there is a outage or don't even notify you Please if they can cancel my account with this months payment refund and my extra month which I paid twice they owe me since March 2024 also and they like to cut your call when they see that the customer question them on the right things and needs help or explaining of something they confuse or don't understand Thank you in advance V.Levine

Refund my funds asap
I had canceled them in July 2025 and told them I am not interested anymore cause got my bank and app**** by them so now they had deducted in August 2025 and was told they gonna investigate that was September 2025 never came back to me so I want my funds please nothing of collapse I told them in the branch at Mowbray R441 and R200 and some odds

I cancel my policy with them cause they never submitted my application so I decided to go for somewhere else for policy but then September 2025 they deducted from me after I have cancel with them so I went to the branch they were gonna get back to me so I believe I gave them enough time now I want my money back please R441 plus R143 please let them refund my money asap

This people offered me a loan so I told them I don't want so you know to make a sale they insist but then they did an application for me found out they can't help me but during the process I told them they cant take any of money for Nov 2025 they showed me and deducted R675 I asked why are you taking from my money and they mentioned only from December 2025 but to see they couldn't help me I also agreed I don't want anything of term so no but still took my money and about to do it again here is my records WC 194023_14/2511/251212

Since last year my account was been hacked and outcome stated closed account with my funds in so I'm not a happy customer they couldn't assist me on getting my account back or being still a customer all they could say is the company had close the account was stop for more then a year no feed back until I asked how far are they with my feedback so instead of notifying me then they had close all my accounts
