There is this agent who goes by the name Zayo that is very rude in her approach. Foneyam has a very atrocious way of handling their claims and this did not bring me to writing this review until the person who decided to assist me just so happened to be this Zayo individual. The pride and arrogance in her tone makes it all the more difficult for anything to be sorted out with regards to this claim. And to top it all off is the fact that I waited 13 days for a reply from these people but I got no reply I then took it upon myself to get a hold of the company 6 days after my claim was supposed to be resolved and I get hit with the most disrespectful agent in the company. I would not advice taking a phone with this company. Just save money and buy it cash
I ordered a sim card from afrihost which I was supposed to receive today. I canceled my plans due to the promises and guarantees I received about receiving the Sim card. At 18:10 I received a message saying my parcel will be delivered by 17:00. I received no form of communication unless I went out looking for it from afrihost and even they thought my parcel should have been delivered by you people before 17:00. It is now 23:12 and still no sign of a parcel I should've received today... That sim card was very important, I ordered it well and early in the early hours of the morning thinking I would get first preference if not one of the first people to receive their parcels... Absolutely dissatisfied and unhappy with the services received by these people. If there was an option to give them a quarter of a star then that would be too generous
