1Fetch delivered exactly as promised. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and the service worked smoothly from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently and without any hassle. Great service overall — I would definitely recommend them.

Expect the opposite of what they state
I ordered a sim card from afrihost which I was supposed to receive today. I canceled my plans due to the promises and guarantees I received about receiving the Sim card. At 18:10 I received a message saying my parcel will be delivered by 17:00. I received no form of communication unless I went out looking for it from afrihost and even they thought my parcel should have been delivered by you people before 17:00. It is now 23:12 and still no sign of a parcel I should've received today... That sim card was very important, I ordered it well and early in the early hours of the morning thinking I would get first preference if not one of the first people to receive their parcels... Absolutely dissatisfied and unhappy with the services received by these people. If there was an option to give them a quarter of a star then that would be too generous

Driver says he called but no call recieved
I placed an order on Afrihost and my router was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I checked with Afrihost and i got informed that they attempted delivery and called but I never recieved any call or message at that time stated. Normally I experience drivers messaging you or you receive a notification that your delivery is on route. It is urgent and I need this to be delivered today. Not impressed with this service as this is supposed to be a same day delivery.

Driver says he called but no call recieved

FALSE ADVERTISING
They advertise to collect in 90 minutes, my parcel was collected in 190 minutes. It then took them 3 hours to deliver to Pretoria from JHB. If you want something couriered quickly, I suggest you don't use these guys.

Poor communication.
Poor communication and non-user friendly tracking system. Received an SMS at 12:08 to advise my order (same day delivery) was out for delivery. When trying to track my order with the numbers provided by 1Fetch their website would just say “no tracking found”. When I called their office to enquire about my order I was told the driver had “four stops” and that their day only ends at 18:00. This was not communicated AT ALL in the SMS received from 1Fetch. Had I been aware of this I would have contacted them earlier to enquire whether I can change my delivery address from my office to my residence.
