Ridiculous billing system

I was admitted for a procedure on the 7th of February and discharged on the 9th of February.The gynaecologist was excellent but the ward sister in charge of the 8th of February was not nice and also l only had my linen was only changed around 4pm since morning only after l complained. My worst experience was the billing it's a nightmare.l was quoted 42k for the procedure prior and I was billed 73k then reduced to 62k which still doesn't make sense.How does a quote or estimate exceed by almost 100%. So basically there is no need to ask for a quote you will be charged whatever you are charged.l have engaged lawyers still nothing is conclusive yet about the billing.l don't recommend anyone to get admitted at the hospital in my life time.
