Ordered something on June 17th and paid in full including courier. Tshifaro then disappeared despite many attempts to contact him via calls, whatsapp and tiktok.
I have been waiting for Old Mutual superfund to finalise my claim for over two months. My case has been escalated twice and no one ever takes the initiative to contact me, I have to be the one to keep calling the call centre. I sent an email and Arlene who responded said she would investigate and get back to me, that was well over a week ago. Your supposed complaints email rfamembers has been very unhelpful. Who does a person contact to get things done?
