I placed my order beginning of June 2025 and paid in full. I was told that the order will take 2-10 days. It has been more than 5 months and I have not received my order. All my follow up calls and whatsapp messages are ignored. Do not trust this business!

Tradishware
Ordered something on June 17th and paid in full including courier. Tshifaro then disappeared despite many attempts to contact him via calls, whatsapp and tiktok.

Bad service and no delivery
I placed an order - weeks ago and it was due to delivery and when I follow up -no response to email ,whatsup or instagram messages - bad service we want to support black businesses, but the trust is just not there,

Don’t buy anything from Tradishware!!!
If it was possible, I would have given this company a negative rating. The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life. Order made in June 2025 with a promise of delivery within 10 days. We’re currently in September 2025 and here I am still waiting. The one good thing the owner excels at is ignoring people. So much for wanting to support a black owned business. I think the owner is running some sort of **** because whatever it is he’s doing is a legitimate business.

Bad service
Since i bought my things in may till ds date there is nothing his not responding on whatsapp or calls or inbox but yet his on line. Bad service he promise to delivery but still nothing when you write on the page he delete it .

Buy crockery at Tradishware at your own risk!!!
I wanted to support black business and I purchased African inspired crockery from a company called Tradishware. I saw the post on TikTok and I approached the business on WhatsApp to make the purchase. This was on the 25th of April 2025. They say the order takes 2-10 days to be delivered so I patiently waited. The 10 days passed and I reached out to find out about my order and he apologised for not keeping within the timeframe provided. I then said it’s fine I’m willing to wait because I wanted to give the crockery set to my sister as a wedding present. A month passed and still nothing, he kept saying he will send the order the coming weekend but that never happened. I then requested a refund and even provided my banking details on the 13th of June 2025 but to date I have not received my money yet he guarantees that money will be refunded with 30 days. Basically I was ****med because he then kept quiet after that even after telling him that I will take the matter further because I wanted my money. There’s a lot of unhappy customers on his Tiktok comment section as well. I am not the only one he ****med!
