I placed my order beginning of June 2025 and paid in full. I was told that the order will take 2-10 days. It has been more than 5 months and I have not received my order. All my follow up calls and whatsapp messages are ignored. Do not trust this business!
Lack of response and communication when you have to claim. At this point, you literally have to beg them just to take note of your claim. All documents requested have been sent yet it’s been weeks now and there is no progress on my claim. I do not recommend momentum insurance.
