Car Claim
I've just logged in a claim, and spoke to Palesa Shabangu what a lovely, friendly and patient person she is. She was very polite and took me through the process of puting a claim. Very pleased with her service and hoping that my car claim will be resolved soon.

RYOBI Cordless Grinder
I bought your RYOBI cordless grinder from Build IT Mandeni, it was working fine but my complaint is that it only worked for 20 minutes max. Have I known that, I would not have purchased it, even worse there was no indication either from the manual nor from the box(package). Even the mere globe when fully recharged it works up to 2 hours.
