I do NOT recommend The Sneaker Shack

I took my suede shoes to The Sneaker Shack and regret it completely. They damaged the suede to the point where the shoes now get dirtier after just 4 wears than they ever did in 7 months of regular use. The suede has been stripped, making it rough and prone to catching dirt much faster than before. When I raised my concerns, their response was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive: "Shoes will get dirty when you wear them." That kind of attitude is not only unacceptable but shows a complete lack of accountability or customer care. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their shoes.
