.I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received from one of your staff members at Sleepmasters Bronkhorstspruit, named Xolisile, during my recent visit to your store. I was at their store to do a lay-by on a bed, and from the start of the interaction, I experienced unprofessional behavior. When I noticed that my details were incorrectly captured as "Mr. Nosihle Nhlapho" instead of "Miss," I politely asked for a correction. Xolisile laughed inappropriately and told me that the system automatically detects everything based on my ID and that she could not go back to rectify it. Despite that, I tried to continue with the process, but when she asked me to sign the agreement, I asked her what I was signing for, as I had not yet read anything or fully understood the contents. Instead of assisting me professionally, she gave me an attitude and responded dismissively. When I questioned her behavior and asked whether I was wrong for simply asking what the agreement entailed, her tone became even more unhelpful and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and patience, especially when entering into a legal agreement such as a lay-by. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed and disrespected, and I had to take my things and leave the store. I trust that appropriate steps will be taken to address this matter and to ensure better customer service in the future. I am still considering whether I want to proceed with the lay-by under these circumstances and would appreciate a response and clarification on how this issue will be handled.
My name is Nosihle Nhlapho, and I brought in my TV for repairs at Game store. I am writing a review on how the situation has been handled so far. The issue with my TV was that it had an ink-like display problem on the screen. When I followed up on the repair status, I was told there was “no ink” on it, which contradicts the pictures I had taken. I was speaking to someone named Loraine at the time, and she asked me to send those pictures—which I did. However, yesterday when I tried to follow up again, I was treated very rudely. The lady who answered the phone was speaking Sepedi while I was speaking English, which is a common language. I wasn’t sure if she didn’t understand me or just didn’t want to help. Either way, the communication and service were unprofessional and disrespectful. now this morning i tried to reach them out again as that lady hang up on me, they are now not picking up my calls.
