I joined Esscor in November last year and have truly enjoyed being part of such a warm and positive working environment. Even though I started toward the end of November and technically had no leave days for December and January, the owner still paid me a full month’s salary, something he wasn’t obligated to do, but generously chose to. He ensures that staff are always paid on time, and if anyone resigns, he personally makes sure they receive payment for all the days they’ve worked.
I am a former employee of this company. The owner ZAHID ADAMS removes clients *******ly from debt review PERIOD!!! He offer payday loans to clients without having a FSP licence. Zahid currently has a case at the Labour Court for paying employees R3500.00 Basic Salary which is not in line with BCEA and he refused to pay the funds even after the Sheriff went to his office for attachments. I resigned from his company after I was informed that he instructed another employee to hack into my WhatsApp messages to ping my location when one of his vehicle's was ****** from the company's office and also because he demoted me for no clear reason. After I resigned he never provided me my UI19 form, never paid my leave pay, nor my resignation period pay and Zahid also deducts PAYE but does not pay the funds over to SARS. ZAHID ADAMS previous company SA Credit Solutions (Debt Review Company) was deregistered and fined R250000.00 and R350000.00 respectively on two separate complaints with the NCR.
I received a call from a Telkom agent March 2024 when their fees increased due the financial year. The agent blatantly **** stating my Wifi contract instalment will increase from R585.00 to R745.00 which i found a bit odd to begin with. The agent told me for extra R50.00 (R795.00) my internet speed can be increased from 50mb to 100mb and I will receive a new router which I did get. However, when I contacted to complained about the the agent which **** they keep on telling me that they will look into the latter and I should receive an email with the complaint reference number. To date nothing was emailed and they keep on dropping the line. I spoke to previous employees from Telkom Customer Service and they told me "oh no, we were instructed to drop any complaints and cancelation calls" SERIOUSLY!!!!!
