Ecovacs terrible repair service

We have bought 8 robots from Ecovacs SA...probably the household with the most Ecovacs robots!!!! and this has been the worst repair on our Deebot X2 Omni...was at repair centre for month...said repairs are done..collected machine...now stays on orange...so doesn't charge full...doesn't return to station AT ALL... moppingplate STILL falls out after repair ...moppingpads doesn't turn now...doesn't lift moppingpads up anymore.......TERRIBLE!!!!
